This one is so simple and can be done low and slow in a smoker, on your grill, in your oven, or even…YES…in a pressure cooker!!  Simple rub your pasture raised beef short ribs generously with olive oil and Whiskey Oak Pork & Poultry Seasoning then brown in bottom of cooker, add rack and pour in liquid (I used a bottle of my favorite beer), lock lid and cook high pressure 30 minutes.  Let pressure drop of it’s own accord and serve.  Simply Smokin’ Delish and perfect for fall weather.
