Easy Grill Cooking Method

I usually just place these little garlic packages on the top warming shelf of my grill while I heat it up and leave them there while I cook the rest of my meal. By the time I am done cooking everything else, they are perfectly roasted

Selecting Garlic: To pick a head of garlic, place in the palm of your hand and squeeze. If it feels firm, like a tennis ball, then you have a good fresh one...if it is light and feels empty then you have an old one.
