This is such a hearty dish which can be served as a side or as a main dish. Mushrooms are the true meat of the vegetable world. Whiskey Oak Steak Seasoning and Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt make this dish SMOKIN'!

Preheat oven to 425
In large bowl or zip-top bag mix together mushrooms, Oil, Worcestershire, Balsamic, and Whiskey Oak Steak Seasoning. Gently coat all mushrooms with mixture and let sit 10 minutes while oven is heating.
Distribute mushrooms in single layer (not a pile) on baking sheet and bake about 40 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley, Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt and lemon zest as desired.
