Heat oven to 325 F.

In a large bowl combine the Ground Beef, Onion, Bell Pepper, Carrot, Garlic, Whiskey Oak Steak Seasoning, Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt, Worcestershire, Egg and moist Bread Crumbs. Gently fold ingredients together with spoon or clean hands. Do not over-mix as it will become a dense loaf.
