 1 bunch Fresh Asparagus
 0.25 cup Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
 1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp Whiskey Oak Smoked Steak Seasoning
1 tsp Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt (added at serving)
1

Trim asparagus by breaking the tough end off of one by hand. It will naturally break at the correct place so simply flex until it breaks. Use this as your guide on where to cut the stems on the other spears.

2

Mix all marinade ingredients in a zip-top bag or bowl then add asparagus spears and toss to coat.

3

Let sit, turning occasionally, for at least 20 minutes.

4

Heat grill to high heat.

5

Once grill is nice and hot, lay asparagus spears, perpendicular to grates so they don't fall through.

6

Grill, turning frequently, until nice and charred on the outside, about 5-7 minutes depending on the size of the spears.

7

Sprinkle with extra Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt, if desired, just prior to serving.

The charred or almost burnt look on the spears gives it that distinct nutty flavor so don't be afraid to get a nice color on your asparagus.
