Chicken with Lime, Tequila, Smoked Salt, Smoked Sugar, and Smoked Pork & Poultry Seasoning...topped with Avo-Cilantro Smokin' Good Sauce...

Smokin' Tequila Lime Chicken

2-4 Chicken Breasts (boneless/skinless)

1 tsp Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt

1 tsp Whiskey Oak Smoked Sugar

2 tsp Whiskey Oak Pork & Poultry Seasoning

1/4 cup Tequila

1/4 cup Lime Juice (about 3 limes, fresh squeezed)

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1 Clove Garlic, minced

Zest of one Lime

Avo-Cilantro Smokin' Good Sauce

1 Ripe Avocaco

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

3/4 cup Cilantro Leaves and Stems (packed)

2 Green Onions, roughly chopped

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1/2 tsp Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt

2 tbsp Lime Juice, fresh squeezed

1/4 cup Olive Oil


Smokin' Tequila Lime Chicken

1Combine Smoked Salt, Smoked Sugar, Pork & Poultry Seasoning, Tequila, Lime Juice, Garlic, and Lime Zest in a glass bowl and whisk to dissolve salt/sugar

2Pour over chicken breasts in zip-top bag and let marinade for at least 2 hours

3Heat grill [or grill pan] to medium-high and cook 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Transfer to plate and cover tightly with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes

4Garnish with lime wedges, chopped cilantro and Avocado-Cilantro Smokin' Good Sauce (optional)

Avo-Cilantro Smokin' Good Sauce

1Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. If more liquid is needed add more olive oil until desired consistency is reached
