Grilled Sweet Corn

Fresh summer corn is cooked, in its husk, directly on the grill. No soaking or wrapping required and results in beautifully sweet caramelized corn that you and your dinner guests will crave all year long.
- Prep: 5 mins
- Cook: 15 mins
1Heat grill to medium high heat.
2Trim an inch off the tip and stem, and pull one layer off the husk, leaving the remainder of the husk intact.
3Place corn directly on pre-heated grill grates and turn (as you would a hot dog) every four minutes.
4Cook until outside of husk is charred and inside kernels are pleasantly caramelized, about 12 minutes.
5Carefully peel off the husk and silk (corn will be hot)
6Serve with butter, Whiskey Oak Smoked Salt, and a grinding of fresh ground pepper.
