WHISKEY OAK SMOKED SALT
This natural kosher salt has been slowly smoked in small batches over natural hardwoods. Natural smoke flavor is that little something to elevate the flavor profile of any dish. This smoked salt can be used in place of regular salt or added as a special flavor enhancement just prior to serving. While there are many versions of smoked sea salt and flake salt on the market, I believe my process of slowly smoking rather than using moist methods will produce a superior flavor. Kosher salt doesn’t need to be ground or processed prior to use so feel free to use in place of regular salt in your next culinary creation, or simply leave a shaker on the table.
Meat/Seafood: Use as you would regular salt for cooking and serving. Or sprinkle atop your dish just before serving and the wisps of smoke flavor will greet your guests as they take the first bite.
Cocktail: Rub the rim of your favorite cocktail glass with a towel lightly moistened with the juice of a lime. Next dip rim into this smokey salt for a special treat with your Margarita or our favorite Bloody Mary. Sprinkle on lime for a smokey chaser after your next shot of tequila.

Raw sugar is slowly smoked with natural hardwoods producing a sophisticated blend of sweetness with the character of wood smoke. Use this to finish your next grilled salmon, or to rim the edge of a sweet cocktail.
Seafood: Sprinkle atop of salmon at the end of grilling, letting it gently melt and create a smokey-sweet glaze.

Here is a special treat for your next grilling adventure. I have created a perfect blend of herbs and spices to enhance steak, roasts, burgers, chicken, ribs, or almost any cut of meat. Rub liberally on meat prior to cooking for perfect seasoning and to add a natural flavor of hardwood smoke. Why use an off the shelf product when you can bring your meat to the next level with added smokey goodness.
Steak: Liberally rub steaks with approximately 2-3 teaspoons per pound of meat. For optimal flavor, let seasonings sit on meat for at least 30 minutes allowing the flavors to fully absorb prior to grilling.
Burgers: Liberally sprinkle on both sides of burgers prior to grilling and/or before serving. Alternately, add 2-3 teaspoons per pound of ground meat, mix well and form into burger patties.
Roast: Lightly coat outside of roast with olive oil, then generously rub our smokey steak seasonings all over prior to cooking. For optimal flavor, let seasonings sit on meat for at least 30 minutes allowing the flavors to fully absorb prior to cooking/grilling.
