Found these massive cabbage-esque brussel sprouts at Saratoga Village Farmers’ Market yesterday.  Simply split, drizzled with canadian bacon olive oil from The Olive Bar, dusted with Whiskey Oak Smoked Pork & Poultry Seasoning, sprinkled with Whiskey Oak Smoked Sugar and then roasted for about 30 minutes.  Tender-crunchy, salty-sweet, bitter-funky-delish!!
